Here's the Plan!

Here is the floor plan that after much deliberation we have chosen to be our new home! I love how open the living, dining room and kitchen are. The bank of windows in that area will all be facing the gorgeous bend in the slough and the neighbor with geese and horses.

After living with my bathroom adjacent to Tyler's bedroom, I am excited to have those things separate. We are currently planning to fore go the attached garage and have our day light basement function as a garage until we decide to finish that area as rooms and build Matt a shop.

    The plan looks good, I think the master away from the kids rooms is brilliant!!

    That is one of the best parts :) We were especially attracted to the openness of the kitchen/living/dining area even though we initially thought it was weird to basically enter the house into the kitchen. But where do we spend most of our time anyways? Kitchen and living room!
